Week 2: Cakes & Decor
- Cream Cakes: Learn to prepare pastry sponges, basic flavored cakes, glaze icing, and advanced techniques for 3D and wedding cakes.
 - Fondant Session: Hands-on experience with jungle-themed fondant decorations.
 
Week 3: Desserts & Confectionery
- Desserts: Preparation of mousse, Neapolitan desserts, rum balls, cupcakes, and muffins.
 - Tarts & Cheesecakes: Master the art of creating cold cheesecakes and classic tarts.
 - Molded Chocolates: Learn to craft handmade molded chocolates.
 - Natural Ice Creams: Introduction to making natural, homemade ice cream.
 
Week 4: Savories, Business Skills & Assessment
- Breads & Pizza: Baking a variety of breads and pizzas.
 - Cookies & Puff Patties: Techniques for making classic cookies and puff pastries.
 - Marketing & Business:

 - Marketing strategies for bakery businesses.
 - Storage, supply chain management, and menu preparation.
 
 
Assessments & Certification
- Written Test: Evaluation of theoretical knowledge.
