Launching a career in the bakery and pastry industry requires creativity, patience, hard work, and passion. As the only pastry school in madhya pradesh bhopal, we offer a student-centered curriculum designed to provide the full spectrum of training needed to:

This practical, hands-on course combines theory, demonstrations, and continuous practice to ensure you master the craft of baking and pastry arts. With expert guidance, students will hone fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and acquire essential math skills to minimize wastage during production.

Assessment & Certification

  • Continuous Assessments: Theory and practical evaluations.
  • Portfolio Development: Graded projects and assignments.
  • Optional: City & Guilds Certification Exam (Additional Fee: ₹40,000/-).

Enrollment Procedure

Step 1: Request an Application

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Fill out the interest form (link provided).
  • Based on your demonstrated interest and commitment, we’ll email your acceptance along with the official application form.

Step 2: Submission & Enrollment

  • Print and complete the application form.
  • Submit the form at the academy or courier it along with photocopies of required documents and the ₹40,000/- booking advance.
  • Upon receipt, your seat will be officially reserved.

Step 3: Remittance of Course Fee

  • The course fee is divided into two parts for convenience.
  • Upon receiving the first installment, materials will be prepared for you.
  • The remaining fee must be paid before the course begins.
