This policy applies to all registration fees and course fees paid to UTM Delight Baking & Culinary Academy, online or at the academy.
Registration fee
- The registration fee (₹10,000 for Certificate Programmes and ₹25,000 for Diploma Programmes) reserves your seat and is non-refundable.
- If the academy cancels or postpones a batch, you may choose a full refund of the registration fee or move to the next available batch.
Course fee
- Cancellation requested 7 or more days before the batch start date: the course fee paid is refunded, excluding the registration fee.
- Cancellation requested less than 7 days before the batch start date, or after the course has started: no refund is given. You may transfer once to a later batch within 6 months, subject to seat availability.
- Hobby course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
How to cancel
Email utmdelight@gmail.com or call +91 97552 17379 with your name, phone number, course name and payment reference.
Refund processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If money was debited but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.
